Warren Zwirn, Esq.

Warren Zwirn is one of the founders of Zwirn & Saulino, P.C. and has practiced personal injury law since his admission to the bar in 1996. He founded Zwirn & Saulino P.C. in 2002 after working as the managing attorney at another personal injury firm. Mr. Zwirn is a graduate of Rutgers University and Brooklyn Law School and worked at a large Brooklyn personal injury firm while attending classes.

Mr. Zwirn oversees all of the cases at the firm and is involved in all aspects of the litigation process. He handles cases from intake and inception, through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial. He has vast experience in all areas of personal injury law and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients.

Mr. Zwirn is in the courthouse every day and has handled thousands of motions, conferences and hearings. He also has lobbied the New York State Legislature on behalf of personal injury victims.

Vincent Saulino, Esq.

Vincent Saulino is a founding partner of Zwirn & Saulino, P.C. He is a graduate of St. Vincent College at St. John’s University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 1993, as well as of St. John’s University School Of Law, where he obtained his law degree in 1999. Before and during his law school years, Mr. Saulino worked for a large personal injury firm, gaining valuable litigation experience. He was also a member of Lambda Epsilon Chi while at St. John’s.

Mr. Saulino is a seasoned litigator, specializing in serious personal injury cases. His expertise extends to all aspects of personal injury litigation, with a special emphasis on mediation, arbitration, and complex settlement negotiations. Mr. Saulino fights hard to obtain excellent outcomes for the firm’s clients, and over his many years of practice has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured New Yorkers. His tremendous dedication and work ethic, coupled with his exceptional knowledge of the intricacies of personal injury litigation, make him an invaluable member of the Zwirn & Saulino, P.C. family.

In his spare time Mr. Saulino likes to coach little league baseball and spend time with his family.

Klevis Peshtani, Esq.

Klevis Peshtani is an associate attorney at Zwirn & Saulino, P.C. and has been a member of the firm since 2010. He received his B.A. in International Political Economy, with a minor in Business Administration, from Fordham University, from where he graduated cum laude in 2006. He received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, from where he graduated cum laude in 2010. While at St. John's Law, Mr. Peshtani served as an Articles & Notes Editor on the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Additionally, he served as a law student intern for the Hon. Joanna Seybert, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York, as well as the New York State Attorney General's Office. During his law school years Mr. Peshtani was the recipient of numerous awards for academic excellence, including being regularly nominated to the Dean’s List.

Mr. Peshtani is admitted to the bar in the courts of the State of New York as well as the Eastern District of New York. His practice focuses on all aspects of personal injury litigation, including taking and defending depositions, conducting extensive discovery, handling motions, researching complex legal issues, making regular court appearances, as well as taking cases to trial where he has successfully secured considerable verdicts for the firm’s clients. Mr. Peshtani also argues cases in front of the state appellate courts on behalf of the firm.

Jill Daniel, Esq.

Ms. Daniel received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the State University of Binghamton in 1991. She received a Master of Science in Education degree from Queens College in 1993. She was an elementary school teacher until 1995 when she entered New York Law School. Ms. Daniel earned her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1998.

At New York Law School, Ms. Daniel served as the Managing Editor of the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights. Her article entitled Juvenile Curfews: Protection or Regulation was published in Volume XIV, Part Three, Spring 1998. While attending New York Law School, Ms. Daniel worked at a Plaintiff’s personal injury firm through graduation.

Ms. Daniel is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Her practice area includes all aspects of personal injury law. Ms. Daniel has also practiced in the area of family-based immigration law, filing petitions to obtain permanent resident status for clients and/or their family members as well as filing applications for naturalization.
