Warren Zwirn, Esq.

Founding Partner

Warren Zwirn is a founding partner of Zwirn & Saulino, P.C., and has practiced personal injury law since 1996. He established the firm in 2002 after serving as managing attorney at another personal injury practice. A graduate of Rutgers University and Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Zwirn began his legal career working at a large Brooklyn personal injury firm while completing his law studies. Mr. Zwirn oversees all cases at the firm and is involved in every stage of litigation, from intake and discovery to motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial. He has extensive experience in all areas of personal injury law and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Over his career, he has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for clients. In addition to courtroom advocacy, Mr. Zwirn has handled thousands of motions, conferences, and hearings and has lobbied the New York State Legislature on behalf of personal injury victims.

Vincent Saulino, Esq.

Founding Partner

Vincent Saulino is a founding partner of Zwirn & Saulino, P.C. He earned his B.S. from St. Vincent College at St. John’s University (1993) and his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law (1999). Before and during law school, Mr. Saulino gained valuable litigation experience working at a large personal injury firm and was a member of Lambda Epsilon Chi. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Saulino specializes in serious personal injury cases, with expertise in mediation, arbitration, and complex settlement negotiations. Over his career, he has recovered millions of dollars for injured New Yorkers. Known for his dedication, work ethic, and deep knowledge of personal injury law, Mr. Saulino is a vital member of the Zwirn & Saulino team. Outside of work, Mr. Saulino enjoys coaching little league baseball and spending time with his family.

Klevis Peshtani, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Klevis Peshtani has been an associate attorney at Zwirn & Saulino, P.C., since 2010. He earned a B.A. in International Political Economy (minor in Business Administration) from Fordham University, cum laude (2006), and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, cum laude (2010). While in law school, Mr. Peshtani served as Articles & Notes Editor on the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and interned for the Hon. Joanna Seybert (U.S. District Court) and the New York State Attorney General’s Office. Mr. Peshtani is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Eastern District of New York. His practice focuses on all aspects of personal injury litigation, including depositions, discovery, motions, trial representation, and appellate advocacy. He has successfully secured substantial verdicts and settlements for clients.

Jill Daniel, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Jill Daniel earned a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from the State University of Binghamton (1991) and an M.S. in Education from Queens College (1993) before transitioning from teaching to law. She received her J.D. from New York Law School (1998), where she served as managing editor of the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights. Her published work includes Juvenile Curfews: Protection or Regulation (Spring 1998). Ms. Daniel is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Her practice focuses on all areas of personal injury law and also includes family-based immigration law, assisting clients with petitions for permanent residency and naturalization applications.
